Suggestions for Home & Auto Insurance

We're coming up on our one year anniversary next month of living in The Villages. We presently have all our insurance with AAA. I'm interested in what anyone has to say about other insurance companies you have (both positive & negative comments). Not necessarily interested in the least expensive company but one that has good customer service and prompt payment on claims. Thanks in advance for your comments!

I love USAA and they are always ranked as one of the best (http://temkinratings.com/temkin-ratings/temkin-customer-service-ratings-2014/) companies in the U.S. for customer service. You would have to meet their membership requirements for military service or families of military.

Both auto and home AAA. Very good service with a claim and no renewal problems.
