Saw the article in the Villages Daily Sun about Yankee Stadium and the All Star Game. Thought this would make a good poll about whom do you think will win this game on July 15, 2008?

With all those Red Sox the AL CAN'T lose!

I am going with the AL. I think they have better hitting and pitching than the NL. Besides a few of my Yankees are there to give Russ's Red Sox a hand.

We will see.

I grew up as a Red Sox fan, and have stayed with them all these years, but this year's Rays have been a thrill.

Go American League - Dioner Navarro for MVP!

AL not doing too good right now - we are down 2-0 in the bottom of the seventh.

Good game and a long game. I gave up at the top of the 14th at 1 AM.

AL did win. Go AL. Another year with home field advantage in the World Series. Thank you Selig.

Foolishly, I stayed up for the entire game. I guess I wanted to see if Dan Uggla would commit any additional errors. Gotta feel bad for this fellow...he certainly had a night he won't ever wish to remember. The one positive fact for him is that none of his All-Star record 3 errors resulted in any runs.
Amazing that the final All-Star game to be played in Yankee Stadium didn't seem to want to end. Perhaps, the "ghosts" of previous greats had their own game going and they were having too much fun to allow the current game to end.
