I enjoy watching the Villages web cams when I am not able to be there in person. In the past, it has always been live. Now, it seems to be filming in segments. Anyone have any ideas why? For those of you not familiar with the web cams: From the Villages site>Lifestyle>Town Squares>Choose the Square You want to see>click under the picture "live web cam"

It seems to be working ok for me. Incidentally, you can get to the Web Cam quicker by simply clicking on the temperature at the top of the page beside "Currently In The Villages:"

Thanks for the tip, Beechie. Been watching those webcams myself for some time and taking the long way around to get to them. Your way is MUCH easier!

Here's a even quicker way, all 3 on one screen and better picture quality. The Villages (http://www.stockers.ch/thevillages/) If any of the images don't load, just hit refresh on your browser a couple of times. This is put up by a Villager who lives in Switzerland, which is why the odd address. Also if you run your mouse over the Brownwood image, you'll see a magnified image on the right.

Thanks for the replies. I found that the web cam is live with my Internet explorer but not with Firefox. It was previously. Any suggestions ?

Some colleges put webcams in eagle nests so others can learn and study eagles. That would be great to do here too.
