I don't know how they do with ponds but Touch of Paradise Designs in Ocala doesn't know fountains, in my opinion. Late last year we called them to repair our three tiered, 5' round fountain; they indicated they were experts. After four weeks of return visits including leaving the pond dismantled all over the ground for Thanksgiving holiday they replaced our pump. The fountain still didn't work.....they sent an invoice and recommended I employ an electrician to check that aspect. Since they indicated they were experts, we asked why they won't send their electrician. The service person said the electrician they use was too busy so I'd have to get my own. We were invoiced and when we protested they indicated they were going to send the tech back to remove the pump. When they tried to level the fountain after filling it with water they used small chunks of black rubberish material between the tiers which is an eyesore on the white cement fountain. Our fountain still doesn't work and we did pay $186 for their work.
