Scam calls from IRS [Archive] - Talk of The Villages Florida

Received call from (IRS) today telephone # 415-413-3497. Its a scam. I called Sumter County Sherriff's Office, they and Seniors vs. Crime are aware of the scam.

So the scam call WASN'T from the IRS, and yet you claim it was. :confused:

The IRS does not call folks, in fact taxpayers have experienced difficulty trying to call the IRS. I knew they were not calling from the IRS and sorry if I confused you. My point in posting it was to alert others to the scam.
