Imagine that ........Oil prices drop again today after President Bush lifts the ban on off shore drilling. Now if only congress will get off there butts and repeal the ban the Middle East will drop there cost or increase there production as they have in the past.....remember the 70's.

Thanks Chels, you hit it the nail on the head. It's not the president, it's not congress, hell it isn't even OPEC. It's us. Our never ending greed to own the largest, fastest, newest "thing". We have taken the notion of our "right to freedom" to the absurd. We don't care how much oil or gas we use, will just keep drilling for more. When the wells run dry, we'll squeeze it out of ever rock and grain of sand. After all, if we stop the rush for oil, our portfolios might not earn as much this year. Yes Chels, you are one smart lady. We're to blame, nobody else.
