BRENHAM, Texas (AP) � Texas-based Blue Bell Creameries issued a voluntary recall Monday night for all of its products on the market after two samples of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream tested positive for listeria, a potentially deadly bacteria.

Hi PL Blue Bell is my wife's favorite but she will remain adapt and buy her second best Publix. After all there is no sense be a moderator unless you can at like one. Eating in moderation is essential and secondly is trusting flavor because your DNA is smart and flavor is the way the body naturally gets the nutrients it needs. So if you have a craving for a steak your body needs iron, etc. Good food is God's gift
