Need to schedule our one year warranty inspection and wondered if anyone would share their experience with specific inspectors and with the warranty department's follow through . Thanks!

You can't beat Frank D'Angelo for the inspection. Only problem is he is so busy you have to book him months in advance. He's prompt, thorough and gets the report in to home warranty and you very quickly.

As to home warranty response, it is excellent. The subs have 48-72 hours to contact you once home warranty gets the report. They then have three days to schedule and make the repairs unless you ask for a time out of that window. Never have had an issue either with the timing nor the repairs needed.

Couldn't agree more with redwitch.

Used Frank in March - did an excellent job. He sent in his report to me and warranty and in a day or so the few contractors needed called, set up appointments and were done.

Frank is the best. He does a great job with details and submits the report to the warranty department. I don't know if the warranty department is always easy to work with or just when Frank is involved, but it was a very easy process having everything fixed on the report.

Thank you all for the kind words. I so very much appreciate it.

Warranty Inspections is pretty much all I do. Everyday. I love doing them....I meet the nicest folks and get to spend all day in these beautiful homes...what's not to like? I am truly blessed. Thanks again.

Respectfully,

Frank D.
