We have a 5 year old Siamese Cat, no problems, however we moved into the Village of Pinellas, in late September 2014. It is time for annual physical and we are looking for a good vet in the Pinellas area.

I saw that there is an animal vet in the Pinellas Plaza. I also am looking for a vet for my cat soon and thought I would check it out. I have not done so yet. Does anyone know anything about this place? I'm not even sure it is a regular Vet office?

It is a regular vet office. The main office is on Buffalo Ridge....Buffalo Ridge Animal Hospital, nearby Walmart on 466.
They are very good at what they do.
There is a vet in Wildwood, but I do not remember the name...he is supposed to be very good as well.

I really like Dr. Valdez at Park Heights Veternarian Clinic. It is on 441 right next to Nearlee New Furniture. When my cat was ill, he was able to diagnose her before doing any tests, although the tests were done to confirm she had a brain tumor. He was extremely gentle both with her and me. The front office is right out of the 70s, ditto the examination rooms but the back has very modern equipment, even a laser for pain mitigation.

That would be Dr Porter at the Animal Care Center next to Domino's and Save-a-Lot in Wildwood. We use him for our cat.
