what do i have to click on to be able to post an add in the new classified section??

There are still problems with the new classified section, about 1/2 the time or more I do not get the POST or EDIT buttons. This has been pointed out to the ADMIN several times, they are still working on it. I have stuff to post, and am getting ready to use CL.
