hit and run by golf cart

Hit and run. I had my truck in front of my home while I was getting ready to wash the driveway. When a golf cart hit it along the side and scratched half the side. The driver speed off before I could get out of the garage door. My next door neighbor saw the cart and was able to get the following

Have you given this information to the police? That is who should be handling this, not you. How do we know this is not a setup to help you find someone who doesn't want to be found by you? Who the heck is Kitty?
Our neighbors were told a person: Kitty Upson has filed a complaint about the entire village about residents having objects with the front yards. So I guess Kitty has to much time on her hands to roam the neighborhoods conducting a search of properties. Also, could not find a property owner with the name of Upson in this area.

Gerald, was the email address on her golf cart? That Is the conclusion I jumped to. Some people advertise a business.

Me too. I'm assuming the OP got the name and email address off the cart. If it's not part of a business ad it's an odd thing to put on a golf cart.
