Does anyone know of a nice, reasonably priced hotel on the beach - thank you.

We stayed at the Hyatt in South Daytona Beach. I don't know what your price range is but it included breakfast. Very nice. Staff nice.

Hampton Inn - Daytona Beach
Oceanfront room

Approx $140/night

Right on the beach, about 1 mile north of the pier. Has only been open about 2 years, so relatively new.

Would a 7 day reservation suit you? I am an RCI subscriber and could POSSIBLY find a last call reservation for cheap! Reply with info.

We also stayed at the Hampton Inn and were satisfied. We would stay there again. Daytona is kind of run down so be sure to check out Trip Advisor for reviews and photos.

You can rent a 1 bedroom condo or a studio for the price of a hotel room . Check out website ****.com. We go there at least twice a year and always rent a condo.
For some reason it won't show the website so put " for rent by owner " when you do a search.

try Flip Key, Vacation Rental By Owner--just use the initials--, Home Away or airbnb (each all one word followed by .com)
This blanking out of websites is juvenile.

Daytona Beach Shores is lovely. We rent our direct beachfront condo by the month. New performing arts, concerts on the beach in Daytona, lots of activities and things to see including cultural and recreational. Great golf courses. **** Property 568017

Anna Maria Island beaches are gorgeous white sand. Clean and beautiful.

Just a bit down A1A in Ormand Beach is the Royal Floridian ,a Spinnaker resort. It is on the beach, has indoor/ outdoor pools, miniature golf, shuffle board, a tiki bar . Across the street, ( walkable) is a nice cafe " Peach Tree" for a yummy breakfast or lunch. Check out locations on " TripAdvisor" and read reviews of many places to stay on A1A off route 40.
