Meet and Greet Sunday 5/24

having heard from three new singles who will be here this month, am planning a Meet and Greet for Sunday afternoon, May 24, at 4pm on the porch of the Lake Sumter Landing sales office. it should be quiet before the music starts...some should bring folding chairs as in the past it has been quite a good turnout...am especially inviting Doran, Mixsonci, and a fellow named JMarkFitz as well as any other visitors or newcomers to join the regular crowd.
it will be a good chance to hear more about everyone's travels...kitty and roe returning from Argentina and pat and debbie from down under, and my trip to europe if anyone is interested :) don't we enjoy a great life?

Hope to be there and meet everyone, expect to be in The Villages May 19th until 2nd week in June.

My wife and I have a good friend coming in with us Saturday to look at moving here. He is single. I would love to bring him by to meet some people.

Went to LSL porch 4:25-5:10... went back home to check if had correct time/place/day and returned around 6:00. Checked Panera and Theater, but did not recognize a group.

actually the turnout was wonderful, probably about 30 people with seven new fellows and about five new ladies. thanks to all who came and told your funny stories...and thank you ron, who brought yellow roses, and philip, who brought peterbilt chocolates for the ladies but we never got to give them out...we would have been fighting over them :) unfortunately bonnevie brought her puppy and did not feel she could bring him into panera's. i did not think about that, sorry! i hope the new folks will watch the forum for activities....about to post about tomorrow night! :)
