New Meeting Time - Architectural Review Committee

Due to the increase in the number of applications reviewed each week by the Architectural Review Committee the meeting time will change. Beginning Wednesday, May 20, 2015 the weekly meetings will begin at 8:00 a.m. The meeting location will remain the same, 984 Old Mill Run, The Villages.

Initially, I believe the meeing time was 9:00 a.m. and then it was changed to 11:00 a.m. just a short time ago. Now it's 8:00 a.m.

You would think they might make it convenient for residents, but no; of course not! Why don't they hire additional personnel to alleviate the burden of the workload??? It only stands to reason that the more houses they build and sell, the busier they are going to be.

rules must be enforced - but to pit neighbor against neighbor seems wrong - if i have a code violation i would like code enforcement to patrol and notify me - it seems wrong that if a neighbor doesn't like you or gets mad they can get revenge by calling in a small violation they see in your yard - of course the usual school monitor will end up in a neighborhood seeking violations and will be hated by the whole neighborhood - i might be turned in for a violation but my neighbor who everyone loves can have many violations and be safe - seems discriminatory to me -unfair practice
