"Adopt-A-Thon" This Saturday - May 9th, Woof Gang Bakery Brownwood

Saturday, May 9th from 10am till 2pm ~ Woof Gang Bakery at Brownwood

Please join Poodle and Pooch Rescue and Woof Gang Bakery for their annual "Adopt-A-Thon. We will have many of our beautiful dogs for rescue here in The Villages in hopes of finding their Fur-ever homes. If you are considering adoption, please complete the Adoption Application on our website
Dogs for adoption from our Rescue in Orlando FL (http://www.PPRfl.org) so that we can review and pre-approve you for one of our dogs.

In addition, if you are not quite ready to adopt, but miss the love and companionship only a dog can provide, please consider becoming a foster mom or dad for one of our pooches. We cover all expenses and now have a local vet here in TV that works with us for check ups or other medical needs.

Lastly, if you have any supplies such as leashes, harnesses, dog bedding, old towels, dog bowls, toys that you no longer need, please bring them to Woof Gang Bakery this Saturday to donate. If you have items and cannot make it, please PM me and I'll be happy to pick them up.

Thank you Susan G for all the selfless work you do for rescues.
I just looked at the "Adopt A Dog" page. There are so many wonderful dogs available.
It is especially heartwarming to see the dogs with "Adoptions Pending".
We are currently away, but I hope to foster when we return.

Meet tiny Mimi - what she lacks in size, she makes up for in spunk. She'll be waiting to meet you tomorrow at Woof Gang Bakery in Brownwood from 10a till 2pm.

A big thank you to all that came out to meet our wonderful dogs yesterday at Brownwood Woof Gang Bakery! The donations of dog supplies will be put to good use with our foster dogs.

We were successful in adopting out "Erica" a MaltiPoo who just came into our care three days ago. She's getting a dental and then she's home. Thanks to Dr.Drum and staff at Colony Animal Hospital for stepping in to save her and calling me to foster when her owners brought her in to be put down. She is healthy & HOME!!!

Because of the summer heat, we will be suspending any further outdoor adoption events until the fall. It's just too hot on our fur-babies to have them out in the heat (and pretty tough on the volunteers too.)
