Sanitary Sewer Enhancements

Over the next few months, district approved contractors will be performing enhancements to the sanitary sewer system throughout The Villages. The construction portion of the project is expected to last 2-3 days; weather permitting and in some cases will involve the use of heavy equipment. Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) will be performed by the contractor and we ask that you please obey all signage and flagmen. For the safety and well-being of all parties please refrain from approaching the construction area and if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at (352) 751-3939 or Bernadette.nataline@districtgov.org.

All contractors involved are aware of the districts expectations and level of service standards while working on district property and will make every effort to minimize any disruption this may cause to our residents daily activities.
