I would suggest Lenhart's for the first 2 items, they are licensed and do a great job, not sure what sol roller blinds means. Your post did not indicate if the wiring and proper supports are in place for the light and the fan. If not additional work is required to put the supports in. These was an article recently, that indicates anyone that accepts compensation for doing house wiring must be licensed, this is for your protection.
