I'm a new owner in the Brownwood area and helping my father look for long term rentals in the Villages. Your location looks ideal because he is 87 and I think the Spanish Springs area would be best or him.

Ideally, he'd like a rental property from October through March/April year after year without having to go through the process each year.

Your posting on the Talk of the Villages availability starting in November. Is this property available Nov - Mar? If so, What are the rates for those months? Also, would you entertain a Oct - Mar/Apr rental to the same person each year?
