Battery Charger Dead

Frank,

I have a Power Glide Charger for my Club Car. It appears to be dead. It has a 20 amp circuit breaker and a fuse. I am thinking it is the charger as there is no "hum" and the gauge is not moving. I've checked the electric to the outlet and it good. Any ideas, and more importantly how easy of a fix is this? Am I looking at a new charger or can the circuit breaker or fuse be replaced?

Just dropped mine off for repair. they said they had 3 in the last day come in!
