Interested in shuffleboard, bocce and billards - assuming all are available
Are their clubs to join with standard organized meeting/game times (i.e., people meet at 10:00 to play) - how frequent a week
or do people just use courts whenever they want
If their are clubs - what is cost to join
Are shuffleboard courts outdoors or covered?
Any info on above activities would be greatly appreciate
or if a link to website - please advise

The Daily Sun has an entertainment guide in the Thursday edition.
They've got all the clubs/times/etc. I don't know specifics on your interests (I'm not even there yet LOLOL) but I recall seeing plenty of activities that you're interested in and level (ie: beginner, intermediate). Costs are nominal.

Del,
All 3 activities are plentiful...all new rec centers have a large billiard room (at least 6 tables) with equipment; 4-6 bocce courts and 4-6 shuffleboard courts. Shuffleboard courts are usually covered at each end, with middle exposed to elements. All equipment is provided.
Can walk on anytime courts are not reserved; many different organized and open play scheduled activities....leagues, social neighborhood groups, etc. Generally would not be any charge to join..if there it, as JohnN says, cost is nominal.
