Has anyone else seen this ad in the paper for mobiPET? Has anyone signed up for it yet? I was just getting ready to investigate it a little more, seems like a GREAT idea. There sure are a lot of "missing" pets here in The Villages so this might be a very good thing.

mobiPET - Your pet is priceless. So is mobiPET. (http://www.mobipet.me)

Curious what others think.

Interesting concept. I wonder if the "free" version will be loaded with ads in the app. I will need to look over the site again in more detail.

I, too, am curious on what others think. How would mobiPET work if you travel with your pets? I am thinking of the Snowbirdis.

Several years ago, my Torie cat went missing on St. Augustine Beach over Christmas and the thought of one of my "fur kids" getting out again scares me to death! Luckily, Torie came home several days later when she smelled the canned tuna I left out at our front door! The first thing I did when we got back to Michigan was have her microchipped.

Next week, my Shih Tzu puppy is getting fixed and getting a microchip at the same time. Lexi is in obedience school now. She does pretty good with her training when she is in the kitchen/foyer but goes a little wild when she is outside! I haven't had a puppy for a very long time and forgot all about training! Cats are a lot easier!

I signed up. I also have a tag on my dog's collar
& he's microchipped. Every little bit helps

I signed up last night following an endorsement in our Villages Homeowners Assoc newsletter. Also endorsed by Sumter SPCA.
