Has anyone else noticed the the Chevron signs on the station have been taken down and replaced with Shell sign? Doesn't appear to be any work going on there, just the new signs.

That's great news. Shell seems to be the favorite gasoline brand of the "powers that be." I'll be glad to see them open there.

Fumar, you'd better get that plane over there to fill 'er up. Quit knocking down the signs with your wings.

Went to dinner in Leesburg last night. Gas was 3.69. At Sams in Ocala it was 3.70.

Isn't it funny how we celebrate a 3.69 gal price on gas when not so very long ago we would have been outraged? When will the next bump up occur? When will we look at 5.69 and think that's a great price? As we make all the foreign oil producers wealthy beyond belief, how much do we worry about all the weapons they are purchasing with that oil money? Will those weapons eventually be turned on us? I make myself think of this every time I drive unnecessarily.
