We have purchased, but wanting to make some changes prior to moving in. Need to know who to call, where to go for permits. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Outside changes require ARC approval. If you have a reputable contractor they will get the approval and the permits. If you are doing inside work ARC is not involved but the County permits are required.
