Our courtyard villa lamp post was looking kinda tacky. Seemed like a good day to paint it. All went well until I dropped one of the 6 glass panels and it broke.
Does anyone have any idea where I could get a replacement pane?
Ace Hardware doesn't have them (Ace seemed like a sure bet).
Any help appreciated.

Call warranty. They can tell you who the manufacturer is of any product in your home. Also tell them the problem, they may be able to tell you where to get replacement parts.
They have always been amazingly helpful to us, even past coverage.

Thanks. I gave them a call but they're not open on weekends. I'd like to get this done ASAP but will give them another call on Monday if I have no luck.

You may want to check who did your electrical work, it's posted on the electrical box in your garage. If it's Polk(?) electric they have a showroom in Sumter Langing.

Thank you for all the suggestions. Good suggestions... but...
The warranty dept gave me the builder info but that didn't help. Apparently after 6 years it was so old that there are no replacement parts available.
Home Depot, Lowes, Ace all came up empty. It was curved so Ace couldn't cut a piece.
I called the Architectural Review Board about a lamp replacement and they said just try and get close and try and get the color close.
So, a trip to Pikes (?) in LSL and I got a close-out lamp on sale. They wanted $87 for someone to come out and install it! Yikes!
Took it home, my wife painted it, and my good neighbor came over and installed it in about 15 minutes. They'd been planning to "refresh" their old lamp-post so we gave them the freshly painted old lamp and 5 glass parts.
Now... back to the Villages Lifestyle!!!
Yes, I know this isn't that interesting... but I think threads should be wrapped up whenever possible.

Actually, this was interesting, and your post shows how helpful neighbors are. Glad that you were able to get your lamp post fixed. I know in the future, I will have the same problem, as ours is curved frosted glass...........

You can go to Lake Glass on rte 44 heading towards Leesburg. They are in a small strip plaza. Full service glass cutting, etc. bring a good piece and they will match it. We had them cut glass shelves for our entertainment center and glass covers for our end tables. Just brought them the measurements.
Reasonable and quick very happy with their work.
