Just wondering if someone might know of a place (local) that I can go to "re-new" or Passports. I found a place in Tampa but thought maybe there might be a closer place here. Thanks

Easiest is to renew it by mail.
Just get passport pics at Walmart, and you're good to go.

Very Easy and quick to do a simple renewal, download forms online, if you have a digital camera and a reasonably good printer do a photo that matches the space on the application, otherwise get photos taken, mail in along with a check it took mine about 2 weeks.

We went to Tax office Annex (Sheriff's Dept) on 466-----saw Gloria Haywood---Clerk. Phone #689-4625----she took our photo---can't remember--think it was 10.00---gave us applications, instructions, etc. We then went to Oxford PO on Rt 301 and mailed according to instructions on renewal form---took about 4 weeks to receive.

Wasn't aware there were so many "ways" you could get a passport re-newed. I think I will try AAA since I have been a Member for a while.
Thank you again for all the advice as I appreciate the nice suggestions from such a nice group.
