Hi Everyone,

We're Russ and Diane and we're moving to Mallory Square this week. We're thrilled to become part of this amazing community. We purchased a year ago but only retired last week.

Here are some initial and unrelated questions.
1) Did anyone on this forum work in Central Office for the Social Security Administration in Baltimore, Maryland (We already know one person, but will not mention any names)?
2) This probably shows some ignorance on my part, but I have found a lot of useful information in this forum. When I try to print this data off, I find some of the rightmost data doesn't make it to the page. Is there a way to correct this?

TOTV has become my favorite Web site. What an incredible group of people frequent this forum. Diane and I must have looked at 20 active adult communities in 4 states. While we chose The Villages I wasn't certain that some of the surrounding communities such as On Top Of The World and the various Del Webb communities weren't better choices. Thanks to this forum, I'm 100% convinced we may the right selection. Thank you.

Congratulations on moving to TV. :welcome:

My wife and I just completed our lifestyle preview visit.

Sorry I can't help you with printing info off TOTV. What I do is use the copy and paste function to copy the information to a Word file that I maintain with all my information on the Villages. That way I can organize the information by topic.

Thank you Niels. I was hoping there was an easier way, but I guess there isn't.

There are a few things you can try. Try printing in "Landscape" mode rather than "Portrait". You should find this option under "Preferences" after you select File-Print. Another option would be to choose File-Print Preview and see if there is a "Shrink to Fit" choice. Good luck!

OJM,
Had the same problem. If you go to the topic tools at the top of the post and click on it it will give you the print option. Worked for me.
Welcome and congrats, we too are new and I have found a lot of info on the site.

Thank you everyone. One aspect of The Villages that really excites me is that between our Village Sun and TOTV for 'THE REST OF THE STORY', I feel I'll be in touch with the goings on in our community in a way that I never have experienced before. I can't wait for the opportunity to meet some of you at the next TOTV luncheon.

Russ and Diane, congrats, welcome and can't wait to meet you! Since you'll be down this week, there will be NO excuse for not being at Crispers on Friday, August 15, at 3:00 pm. I'm so glad you found this forum. Welcome to TOTV as well.

I hope there is no limit to the number of Russ's that can live in TV :joke:

Best of luck. I think you made the right choice.

Thanks again everyone. I hope to meet most if not all of you at Crispers on August 15. I love TOTV. Now if I can only remember to stay away from that political forum of ours....
