I can't seem to get a refund from one of the larger lawn care services in the area. I canceled services March 31 and am still waiting for a refund check. They tell me the check was in the mail as of May 29. I'm still waiting. I'm in a loop right now. I call the service center in Wildwood and get nowhere then I call the corp. headquarters in Orlando and my calls are sent back to Wildwood where I get the same old story, "The check is in the mail." How do I get out of this loop?? Any suggestions. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

File a complaint with seniors against crime and the BBB, and if necessary contact the attorney general. By the way which company?

I would have to guess that the check IS in the mail or you will be refunded if your request was legit. Massey's is a proven, large, responsible company.

THAT is exactly why I only pay MONTHLY...."starting" ....AFTER the 1st month
With these last 7 years I don't trust nobody. Good luck
