Ever the epitome of leading by example, President Obama's administration stated that their commitment to helping those affected by the drought is second to none, and as the President with his entourage land in Palm Springs (i.e. your average middle class town) to play a round of golf in the desert.
"...Golf courses still account for nearly one-fourth of the groundwater that is pumped from the aquifer in the Coachella Valley that comprises the desert resort city of Palm Springs."
Obama's penchant for desert golf faces scrutiny in drought (http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2015/06/19/obama-golfing-palm-springs-desert/29005719/)
How can one not be impressed by this man?
