Many consider these delicious. Tripe is about as far as I will go, however, not in a sandwich.

Speaking of sandwiches, the new restaurant in Col. Plaze area *used to be Mex. food*
will have coffee, bagels and more...they have signs up in the windows. Don't know of
the opening date yet. Hope they have tables outside in the front as well as the side of the building. What a great place for us southern villages to meet and greet.
