Recommendations please.
Also, Sumter County tells me they don't require a permit for the palm, but I'm pretty sure I need ARC approval from TV. Does this sound right?
Thanks.

I went to the districtgov website, as I've done before. I clicked on my County, then my district, then my unit number. I see nothing regarding removal of trees. I'm not saying it doesn't it exist, but if it does I haven't looked in the right place yet. :)
