Which is better re: size and amount of battteries?

Which is better (last longer):
6 - 8 volt golf cart batteries or
4- 12 volt

8 - 6v but then, I'm not an expert. :smiley:

Mine are good for a range up to 60 miles or so I'm told, by a golf cart expert.

Most dealers sell the 4 x 12 as a standard configuration and 8x6 for extended range package. I have the extended range and get a little over 50 miles on actual use.
