I bought a designer home in January. By April, a few of the bushes around the Lanai had died. I called the Warranty department and they said the warranty of landscaping was 30 days, but I could talk to Tri County Landscaping who did the landscaping on my home and ask them to take a look. We called and they said they would see what they could do. We were down the 3rd week of May, and nothing had been done. We called again and reminded them, and they promised to have someone out that week.
Well, long story short, We came back to the house Thursday, and I noticed several new bushes had been planted where the dead ones were. I called and they told me they always stand behind their work, and these were obviously just stressed when planted, not a big deal. The new bushes are a different type and slightly larger than the ones they replaced - they look much Hardier.
So just wanted to say thanks to Tri County Landscaping for standing behind their work.. When we get ready to relandscape in a few years, we will definitely consider them due to this.
