Who can convert my GEM to a regular cart

Because of the high insurance costs and that I would never ride my Gem in a regular street, I want to convert it to a golf cart. I have the paperwork from the State to process. I do not know who to go to have the speed lowered. I know I can take it to a Dodge dealership, but I'd have to have it shipped via a truck.


Does anyone know who can do this within The Villages? thanks for your assistance.
