Need photographer for Rental Prop. Marketing

We have just purchased a Courtyard Villa as an investment property. We are in need of a photographer, either amateur or professional, that has a higher end camera to take pictures to that we can post online. My samsung phone is just not cutting it.

I'm not looking to spend hundreds of dollars. I don't need marketing materials. I'm just looking for someone with a good camera that can catch the essence of our home and provide me with the digital images. Anyone have any suggestions?
