We bought wicker furniture from Palm Casual for our glassed in lanai when we moved in about 5 years ago. Good looking and comfortable.

Last week, I noticed the swivel rocker mechanism in one of the chairs was not acting right. I called Palm Casual and they said not to worry as their furniture has a lifetime warranty.

This morning, one of their workers came to the house and fixed the chair so it is like new. No charge at all!

If you need casual furniture, I recommend Palm Casual. We went to their store in Winter Garden.

We had a similar experience with Kane's Furniture of Ocala. We had purchased a motorized love seat three years ago and they say their furniture is guranteed for life. When the furniture was about a year old, one of the seats quit reclining because the motor wouldn't work. We called the store and they sent a repairman who replaced a controller at no charge and it worked like new ever since.

Agree with OP, Palm Casual is a great place to buy lanai furniture. It is the only furniture my wife will sit in with her bad back.

I have purchased from Palm Casual, only because I could not find a certain sized table anywhere else. Their store is beautiful, the furniture is nicely displayed, HOWEVER, none of the furniture is marked with price tags. The man I dealt with "knew" all the prices off the top of his head. While he may be a walking encyclopedia of prices, I somehow feel that if I dressed differently, or if I was getting delivery to someplace else other than The Villages, the prices might have been a tad lower. Just an FYI, buyer beware.

Very satisfied with Palm Casual, had a small problem, it was taken care of without an issue.
