permanent makeup

Has anyone used Cindy Fonda for eyebrows? Is their anyone you would recommend? Does permanent really mean permanent or do they need to be touched up periodically? Lots of questionsb- so much to think about. Thanks for your input.

I know Cindy from MVP Health Club at Brownwood, her husband is a friend of mine. Her website Permanent Makeup In The Villages Florida (http://villagespermanentmakeup.com/) has a lot of info and even some videos. I can't vouch for her work, but I know she has been doing this for 20 years and sold her business in Ohio and now has a shop here on 466 east of Rolling Acres Rd. They live in the Village of Amelia.
