route to Doctors office Altamonte Springs

I am headed to Flordia Hospital in Altamonte Springs
can someone give me the fastest easy route ,, we have to be there at 9am on weekday. Looking at the map, I concerned about taking the turnpike to the east west express way then up I-4 to the Altamonte Springs. How would traffic be say leaving here to be there well before a 9am appoint that time of the morning, or should we take out in the country utilizing the backroads? Thanks in advance for any advice.

From brownwood 44 to 441 to apopka. At Y in road, go straight on 436 (441 to veers right). hospital is on 436. Approx 90 minute drive time. I would allow more in case traffic is bad. Leave at 7.

If you take the turnpike at 7-8 am you could hit Orlando morning rush hour.

Suggest the alternative back route using 441. Should take 1:30 - 1:35 Hrs but plan on 2 hours and enjoy the ride rather than rush..

I've drive to Altamonte Springs many times and have always taken 441 to 436.
