Golf Cart garage Addition

Does anyone know of anyone who has ever added a golfcart addition to their home?

We need MORE space!

My neighbor just got a quote for his house. They wanted 16k which seemed high. He was going to try and find a better quote.

We, too, wanted to add an addition, but even though we're on a big corner lot, we weren't allowed. If you haven't already, before you call someone for a quote, you should pull out the site plan you were given when you bought (or if you don't have a copy, stop down at the Architectural Design office near Laurel Manor Rec Center). In the drawing, the dotted line around the house shows just how far you're allowed to add on. We currently have about 30 feet between our existing garage and the street, but unfortunately we're only allowed to extend the garage by 2 feet!
