Seeking advice on retractible awnings

Do you have suggestions for a 30 foot wide awning? What company would you use? Lighting on awning? Warranties? :pepper2:

AwnAire at Bellview. We have one 24', with a remote. Not sure about lights. They are great to work with and stand behind their awnings. Not sure of the spelling, sorry.

We have a smaller awning but used Authority Home Solutions out of Ocala. They carry Sunsetter and did all the awnings at the Polo Grounds. Also got discount on line from Susetter. No problems with them.

We have a sunsetter on our 20 ft awing in wisconsin that operates by remote. It also is set up with a high wind alarm that will automatically close the awning when the wind gets high (you can adjust the setting). Many a day we have been sitting in the living room and looked outside to see the awning closing and didn't even realize it was windy. Sure saves ripping siding off the house. I highly recommend them.
