Ok.....They are almost done with the upstairs concrete work and are starting the interior walls.

I heard it from a good source that the entire first floor will be used as the valet parking lot for golf carts for patrons of The Sharon.

What would the rich and famous from the Sharon have to do with it anyway. Unless they change the rules, don't you have to have a Resident card to get into Katie Belles? Never been there myself.
