When Chrissy and I lived in Port Charlotte we had a will, power of attorney and dnr completed. It has been about 4-5 years and since then. Having moved back to the villages we think it prudent to have things checked and revisions made since my health is now going south.
Does anyone have any experience with a reasonably priced lawyer here?
We would like to here of any that you think are fair. Thanks, Darrell

My wife and I used Amy Pittman. She specializes in wills, powers of attorney, living wills, and family trusts. Very knowledgable lady, fair priced, and takes interest in giving good advice in a layman terminology.

Some people have recommended Susan Sullivan, (office is adjacent to Bargains and Treasures on 466).
I used Michael Milhorn who has several locations, One is in the complex by "Billy's cafe). I found him to be thorough and knowledgeable.
Both are capable, but you would need to ask for their prices depending on what issues, needs to be updated.

We were very happy with Ms Pittman as well, and have also used Kathryn Linn whom we would also recommend highly.

I will also recommend Amy Pittman. Her office is at the intersection of 466 and 301 - She did our will and is very knowledgeable in such manners. Here is her website - The Pittman Law Office (http://thepittmanlawoffice.com)

Another vote for Susan Sullivan. Looked over our affairs when we moved down and only recommended what had to be changed and what else was necessary, Saw her as very honest and had good staff.

We used Brett Swigert for our wills and living wills. We also used him when we sold a home privately. He was very professional and reasonable. 352-347-0033 he is located in Summerfield near Stone Creek on 441.
