I have also seen Dr. Kerina there for back issues. He's also great !! I know several who have used Dr. Mitchell as well.

And Dr Cook as well. Just a great group of ortho docs.

ALL of the doctOrs at Tri-County Orthopedic are fantastic as is their physical therapy unit. My husband has had surgery by Tankson and Mitchell. He has seen Dr. Thomas and is having another surgery by Dr. Tankson next week. He will need knee replacements next year and we will see Dr. Kerina for that.m the docs all have their own special area of expertise.

This is the best ortho group in the area. I don't have any confidence in Dr. Thomas after a misdiagnosis in an area totally outside of her field of practice, but would have any of the other docs perform surgery on me as I took care of their surgical patients and know their patient outcomes and success rates.

When I broke my leg almost 2 years ago Dr. Tankson ordered Xrays every time I went to see him, plus he had the Xrays I brought with me from Urgent Care. My fibula healed in 3 weeks but there was huge swelling from knee to ankle on my leg. For almost 18 months he told me to be patient and that the hematoma would shrink. I went to Dr. Nguyen to see if my knees needed replacements and he took one look at my leg and said it wasn't a hematoma but a Morel lesion and needed surgery and ordered an MRI to confirm. He took out a fluid filled sac that he could've put his fist and forearm into. Total misdiagnosis by Dr. Tankson and very brisk 5 mins. with him after very long (1 1/2-2 hr) waits in waiting room at every appointment. I was very disappointed in him.
