Fried Chicken and Waffles

I have read the entire Fried Chicken thread, and lo and behold, not one mention of waffles. Can anyone suggest an establishment that caters to this purely southern delicacy, Fried Chicken and Waffles?

Eaton Beach isn't bad; they have a little Cajun spice going on that makes their fried chicken/waffles a little non-traditional, but quite good. That's the only place we've had it near TV. Oddly, the best we ever had was in California. Go figure.

I love the food at the Cotillion. I can imagine how good it is. Stick to your ribs kind of food.
