Driver's side visor won't stay up, and dome light has come apart - what kind of car repair do I take these to? Or, is there someone in The Villages that can repair these items?

You do not say make, model or year of car, so here is a general answer. There are typically some springs or similar in the visor to help it stay in position. I am guessing that you will need to get a new visor, I have never seen one that can be repaired. A Google search for your specific vehicle should get you to a suitable supplier. As for the dome light, you state it has come apart. These are usually held in place by plastic tabs to allow removal to replace the bulb(s). In this you will probably need a replacement cover. It is also possible that the base unit is damaged and would need replacement.
If you are handy with tools these should be DIY projects. You might also search YouTube for information.
Send me a PM if you need more help.
