Does anyone know how to contact these people by phone? I sent in a help request a few days ago and haven't heard anything from anyone. I'm trying to post a classified and never get a box that says start a new post only to log in when I'm already logged in.I've logged in and out several times, cleared my cashe and passwords and still get nothing and am using windows 8.1.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT HELP HELP HELP

PS: I spoke to Villages.net people and they were polite and tod me that they have nothing to do with TOTV and don't have any contact information for them.

Try sending an email to talkofthevillages@gmail.com

I always get a response from them.

I have had this exact problem ever since the new version was rolled out, I have found a work around.

Log out of TOTV. Go back to the TOTV site, but do not login, click on the classified button, then login. You should nor see the red and green buttons and be able to post your ad. You will also be able to go back to the home page and the rest of the site.

As I see it when you login at the home page the TOTV does not always carry over to the classified page that you are logged in, hence you get the message to login again.

I have pointed this out to the ADMIN, they cannot duplicate the problem......
