We did it, bought our dream home on Matisse. We were on a short "Lifestyle" visit, drank the Kool Aid and that was that. We have been dreaming of becoming "Villagers" for about two years-(fix up family home, attempted to sell and finally sold after lots of negotiating!!). Now comes the fun part--decorating (comfortable and casual), picking out a golf cart and all the rest that goes along with the new us! Our closing will be on Sept 12, so expect us at the luncheon. I am so glad for you. We have a house on Havana Trail, BUT my new friend lives (moved in last week) on Matisse and in an email to me just this morning ( I am north, not in TV right now) wondered if she would soon have neighbors. Please PM me so I can hook you up with her. She is a delightful woman.
