Yes, for a 3/2 with pool and 4-seater cart all bills and taxes incl. Only Oct as a full month is left for all of 2015. That's less than $99/nt. No hotels for that.

I stayed in the house several times while I was looking for my forever home here in The Villages. It's a great house with a very large private pool. If I hadn't purchased already I would be renting there again. Always clean and well maintained.
