I need to hire someone part time, about one day a week, to take care of all the yard and maintenance work for three houses. I provide all the tools and equipment you need and purchase all the supplies.
Skills and work you need to do.
Mow lawns
Trim shrubs
Fertilize lawn and treat for bugs and disease
Adjust sprinklers
Spray houses for bugs and pests
Take care of minor repairs
Replace batteries in smoke detectors and other items
Some limited painting
Other minor repairs
I provide a detailed schedule for all maintenance items, all tools, all supplies and can teach you how to handle any of the above skills you are missing.
I don't care if you work 8 hours one day, 4 hours two days, or some other schedule that works best for you.
Salary open for discussion based on your skills and availability.
