I know it is probably here somewhere...but in my search i cannot find the information i am looking for.
Does anyone know.....what is the percentage of owners who live in TV full time? How about the percentage of renters? and the percentage of owners who are snowbirds?
I get asked this question by family and friends all the time and i don't have an answer.
Thank you for helping me out.

I have no statistics, but I have always figured that the newer the neighborhood, the higher the percentage of renters because there are those who buy new homes way ahead of retirement and have to be landlords for a while. (There are TV sales people who can be quite good at creating a sense of urgency to buy. New. Especially.)
As neighborhoods become more settled, they appear to have fewer rentals. But this is just an opinion based on observation only. No stats.
One part of my anecdotal evidence is that our street in mid-Villages is less than half snowbirds, including those who come and go at different times throughout the year but never rent out their homes. (I think those are called "snowflakes.") There is only one rental on our street.

oh those are excellent points and they make very good sense!
our friends that introduced us to TV only live in TV four months a year but they do not rent out their home. I am assuming there are many other like them.
How much would you say the population increases during the winter months? I keep reading about the traffic.
