Now all you right wingers who always say on this forum, just do what the nice policeman says, and don't threaten him, and you will be fine. And if he shot you it was nothing to do with your being colored, it was just your belligerent behavior. How do you explain how this white loaded gun toting, cops threatening, reaching for his weapons guy is not dead? I'm sure his color has no bearing on this story?

The answer is contained within the link that you provided, had you bothered to read it: "Gunnells then tried to reach for a gun he kept in a holster at the small of his back, deputies said, but they were able to subdue him and take away his weapon". As you know, the use of deadly force only warranted as a last resort to prevent death or serious bodily injury.

Apparently, the officers involved did not feel that deadly force was necessary in this situation. Since I wasn't there, I will not question their decision. You on the other hand, have made up your mind that it was soley because the perpetrator was White.

Question: How low have you been a law enforcement officer?

A presidential candidate (Martin O Malley) apologizes for saying that ALL lives matter. He is rudely interrupted by a group chanting BLACK LIVES MATTER and when he responds agreeing, he is cheered...when he adds that ALL LIVES MATTER he is booed loudly....and THEN...
